We are so happy that you chose us to create your perfectly personalized item!
We take great pride in the products that leave our boutique and carefully inspect each item for accuracy and quality before it is picked up or shipped.

Please take a moment to read through our policies prior to placing your order:

If there is a quality issue with your order (example: defect in product) or if we have made an error in spelling on a personalized item, you may return it in new condition (unworn and unused) for an immediate exchange or full refund.
All refunds and exchanges must be made within 15 days of receipt. We will not accept items for refund or exchange due to a spelling error on the customers’ part so we ask that you please carefully review your personalization information (spelling, dates and names) before submitting your order.
Please note that we are unable to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they have been placed.
Non-personalized items may only be exchanged in new condition within 15 days of receipt.
While we strive do our best to prevent duplication of personalized gift orders, we are unable to guarantee that duplication will not occur. Duplicated items will not be accepted for refunds or exchanges.
